Terms of Service

Last updated: July 11, 2026

1. About Voxq

Voxq ("the Service", "we", "us") is a viewer decision engine for live streamers. Streamers create queues; viewers — with or without an account — suggest items and upvote suggestions, and the queue ranks itself by votes. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Account registration and sign-in happen through a social account you already hold (Google, X, Discord, Twitch, or Kick). You are responsible for the security of that social account and for all activity that happens under your Voxq account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Usernames are unique and must not impersonate other people, brands, or Voxq itself. We may reclaim usernames that violate this rule or that collide with reserved system routes.

3. Content you submit

Queues, suggestions, comments, profile information, and other material you submit ("Content") remain yours. By submitting Content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service (for example, showing your suggestion on a public queue page or a streamer's OBS overlay).

You agree not to submit Content that:

  • is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or threatening;
  • infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • contains malware, spam, or attempts to manipulate votes or queues through automation, multiple identities, or other artificial means;
  • is sexually explicit or exploits minors in any way.

4. Moderation and sanctions

Streamers and their appointed team members may remove suggestions, decline submissions, and issue timeouts or bans that apply across a streamer's queues. We (the platform) may additionally suspend accounts, remove Content, or close queues that violate these Terms. Reports of terms-of-service violations may result in an immediate, permanent ban from the reporting streamer's queues. Moderation actions are recorded in audit logs.

5. Streamer responsibilities

If you run queues, you are responsible for the Content your community submits to them and for configuring your queue settings (word filters, approval requirements, registration requirements) appropriately for your audience. You must comply with the rules of any streaming platform you use alongside Voxq.

6. Third-party services and links

We are not responsible for external sites linked from the Service, including streamer social links and viewer-submitted media links such as YouTube or Spotify. Should we introduce advertising in the future, it would only load with your prior consent via the cookie preferences, and we would not be responsible for the content of third-party ads.

7. Availability and changes to the Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do our best to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for lost queue data, interrupted streams, or missed suggestions.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (which, for a free service, is zero). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections 3, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
